Please allow me to briefly tell you how I started this company back in
1972.  I was working for a Westchester County golf course as a green's
keeper, cutting lawns, fairways and putting greens. I loved being
outdoors and working with lawns, turf, and dirt.

So I bought a lawn mower, a rake and a broom and began working out of
a 1970 Chevy Camaro.  I started cutting a lawn for the owner of the
gas station I worked part time for after my County job on the golf
course. It was very hard working both jobs and starting a business.

When I told my father I wanted to quit my job and start a full time
landscaping business, I thought he was going to have a stroke. He
thought I'd be crazy to give up a full time job with benefits, sick
days and vacation time. So I stayed with my full time job and gave up
working at the gas station.  This gave me more time to acquire more
accounts.  By the end of the season I had more accounts than I could
handle part time. The following season I went to my dad and broke the
news that I was giving up the county job. He looked at me and said
"Son, I hope you know what you are doing". I started this at age 18
and I am now 52 with a staff of 24 and growing.

We have been in business for over 32 years, landscaping and
maintaining commercial and residential sites. We take pride in our
